Karen joined The London Institute of Banking & finance in 2016 and is heavily involved in the development of the Certificate in Supply Chain Finance qualification. Prior to joining the organisation, Karen had a successful career in banking spanning 21 years holding Senior Management roles in both London and New York.
Karen first joined Lloyds Bank in 1994 as a Retail Banking graduate trainee and was managing her first branch within 4 years of joining the company. After 12 years, Karen went on to work for RBS and then Standard Chartered Bank working predominantly in Corporate roles and her specialism for the majority of this time was in Transaction Banking covering Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance and International Cash Management.
