Anna is responsible for the full range of HR functions including training and development, resourcing, employee relations, reward, organisation design and change management.

Dot Carrier, Director, Operations & Technology

Dot is responsible for academic operations, including admissions, assessments and learning support, and for the management and continual development of IT infrastructure.

Philip Cook, Company Secretary

Philip is responsible for all legal matters relating to The London Institute of Banking & Finance and for ensuring that the organisation fulfils the obligations of its Royal Charter.

Martin Day, Managing Director, Corporate & Professional Qualifications

Martin has responsibility for portfolio development and programme quality of The London Institute of Banking & Finance's regulated advice and specialist professional qualifications.
Mark Heaton, Director, Business Development


Mark has primary responsibility for the commercial activities of The London Institute of Banking & Finance. He and his team are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential corporate clients which cover the finance industry. 

Professor Peter Hahn, Dean 

Peter is responsible for academic leadership at The London Institute of Banking & Finance and ensures our industry knowledge remains current and forward looking.

Ian Parrett, Chief Operating Officer

Ian has overall responsibility for all operational functions at The London Institute of Banking & Finance. He is also the Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all financial planning and financial reporting. 

Alison Pask, Managing Director, Financial Capability and Community Outreach

Alison is responsible for The London Institute of Banking & Finance financial capability programmes, including 14-19 qualifications, adult education and the Student Investor Challenge.

Chris Ray, Director of Engagement and Professional Services

Chris oversees all the management and delivery of our events, membership, alumni and CPD services. He also supports our academic community in the area of research and thought leadership.

Hema Tank, Associate Dean, Degree Programmes

Hema is responsible for developing and implementing the organisation's Higher Education strategy and for the quality, profile and resourcing of its Degree programmes including admissions, assessments and student experience.

Alastair Tyler, International Director

Alastair is responsible for our international business, which offers professional qualifications, executive education and higher education to partners around the world. Our approach is to work closely with high-calibre local institutions (both professional and higher education) in our chosen markets.
Suellen White, Associate Dean, Quality, Policy and Regulation

Suellen is responsible for the maintenance, development and enhancement of standards as reflected both by the quality of the academic provision and the overall learning experience.
